Client Problem:
A global enterprise operating multiple brands across the UK, USA, Europe, and Asia was struggling with decentralized domain and DNS management. Over 120 domains were registered across different registrars, leading to inconsistent DNS configurations, expired SSL certificates, and downtime risks. There was no centralized visibility into renewal cycles, security status, or domain ownership records. The company also faced phishing risks due to lack of domain monitoring and security enforcement policies.

Our Digital Solution:
Rayzic Limited implemented a centralized domain and DNS governance framework. We consolidated domain assets under a unified management structure, configured secure DNS settings, and standardized naming conventions. Advanced DNS monitoring tools were deployed to detect misconfigurations and prevent service interruptions.

We implemented enterprise-grade SSL certificate management with automated renewal systems to eliminate expiration risks. DNSSEC was configured to prevent spoofing and cache poisoning attacks. Additionally, we integrated domain monitoring systems to detect suspicious registrations and brand impersonation attempts.

A centralized dashboard was developed to provide real-time visibility into domain status, expiration alerts, and SSL health metrics. Strict access control policies ensured that only authorized personnel could modify DNS records.

Results:
The organization achieved full control and visibility over its global digital assets. Downtime risks were eliminated, SSL compliance improved, and cybersecurity exposure related to domain vulnerabilities was significantly reduced. Rayzic delivered a secure and structured digital identity management ecosystem.
