REFUND POLICY:

Rayzic Limited provides digital and IT-based services including domain registration, hosting, consulting, web development, cloud services, and related IT solutions.

Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, refunds are handled as follows:

Service-Based Work

Once a project has commenced or work has been delivered (including consultation, design, development, setup, configuration, or advisory services), payments are non-refundable.

Subscription Services (Hosting / Cloud / Maintenance)

If a client cancels a subscription service:

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

  • Services remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

Domain Registrations

Domain name registrations are non-refundable once registered, as they are processed instantly through third-party registrars.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments

If a duplicate payment is made in error, Rayzic Limited will review the transaction and issue a refund where applicable within 7–10 business days.

Service Non-Delivery

If Rayzic Limited is unable to deliver a paid service due to internal limitations, a full refund will be issued.

Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in legal action and service termination.
