Cookie Policy

Rayzic Limited uses 'cookies' to store information including visitors' preferences and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed. This information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content.

Data Classification

Rayzic Limited classifies data into three categories to ensure appropriate protection levels:

  • Public: General website content.

  • Internal: Company communications and project notes.

  • Confidential/Restricted: Client source code, database credentials, and personal user information. This data is subject to the strictest encryption standards.

Storage and Hosting Location

As a cloud provider, we ensure transparency regarding where your data lives:

  • Primary Storage: Data is hosted on secure, enterprise-grade servers [Optional: Specify region, e.g., North America / EU].

  • Data Residency: We offer localized hosting options for clients requiring compliance with specific regional laws (e.g., GDPR, DPDPA).

Data Encryption & Security

We use a Zero-Trust architecture:

  • Data at Rest: All sensitive client data is encrypted using AES-256 standards.

  • Data in Transit: All portal traffic is forced through SSL/TLS encryption.

  • Access Control: Only authorized Rayzic engineers have access to production environments, protected by Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Backups and Disaster Recovery
  • Frequency: Databases are backed up [Daily/Hourly].

  • Redundancy: Backups are stored in geographically separate "off-site" locations to ensure recovery even in the event of a local data center failure.

  • Retention: Backups are retained for 30 days unless otherwise agreed in your Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)

When a contract ends or a deletion request is made, Rayzic Limited follows a "Secure Wipe" process. Data is removed from active servers immediately and purged from backup rotations within 30 days.
